All dates are reserved with a paid in full or part down payment retainer fee that is non-refundable. All retainers paid are applied towards the contracted wedding package, Date and Time. The outstanding balance for this wedding package must be paid no less than Seven days prior to your wedding date.

Our packages do not include real flowers or trees. All the wedding setup items – Wedding arch, flowers, and decorations are rented to you for the hour time frame for your wedding use and remain the property of Sun Coast Beach Weddings.
