Fit Yummy Mummy, founded by Holly Rigsby, will be hosting a web seminar on the topic of metabolic workouts for moms with fitness expert B.J. Gaddour (click here for more details). The live event will take place on Monday, February 27th at 11am EST.
The event will aim to provide moms with post pregnancy workouts for the purpose of fat loss. In addition to teaching fat loss workouts, the hosts will show how metabolic training helps new moms lose their baby belly.
?Fit Yummy Mummy is happy to have B.J. Gaddour hosting this metabolic training seminar,? said Holly Rigsby, Owner of Fit Yummy Mummy. ?He is one of the best trainers in the business, and a noted metabolic training expert.?
B.J. Gaddour is the founder of StreamFit. In addition to hosting fitness bootcamps, he is a metabolic training expert and a contributor to Men?s Health magazine.
?Many moms come to us looking for post pregnancy workouts so that they can lose their mommy belly,? said Rigsby. ?Metabolic training can offer some of the best workouts for moms, in terms of burning fat and keeping it off.?
In fact studies, including one in the American Journal of Physiology, have linked a loss of abdominal fat and metabolic response to exercise in women. This is great news for new moms seeking to avoid keeping the dreaded ?muffin top? layer of belly fat.
The ?How Metabolic is Your Workout?? seminar takes place live on Monday, February 27th at 11:00 am Eastern Time. Anyone who wants to participate can sign up and submit questions for the experts here.
