As a PGA member for over fifty years author John Oteri has had the opportunity to work with thousands of golfers of all levels on how to improve their game. This became the inspiration for his book, How You Can Play Better Golf.
?Golf is an art, not a science?. Aspiring golfers will need three key ingredients: good basic fundamentals, the technique needed to play various shots, and the willingness to practice. In How You Can Play Better Golf, they will not find secret moves to a great swing or numerous golf swing theories but, instead, easy to understand simple and practical advice.
The author has this to say on playing better golf; ?It is not necessary to have a perfectly good looking swing to play better golf. Develop good basics and do it your way?.
Simple changes in setup and ball position are usually all it takes to improve shot-making. Once players understand the basic techniques to playing different shots they will build confidence and have no fear when attempting them.
