The new long term Licence agreement is in addition to DSS?s original agreement with Georges St-Pierre (?GSP?) for its innovative GSP RUSHFIT (http://www.gsprushfit.com) ultimate home workout DVD fitness series.

The new Licence Agreement provides DSS a revenue share on all new business ventures utilizing the RUSHFIT brand, whether such ventures are done by DSS and GSP together or if GSP utilizes the RUSHFIT brand for any mutually approved products and services that do not directly involve DSS.
